Ryan from CRS was excellent. He was always polite, very knowledgeable, provided prompt responses, took the lead dealing with the insurance company, negotiated with insurance on my behalf to get entire roof covered. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about this project but Ryan and his associates put all my concerns and fears to bed, making me feel comfortable. They were very professional and provided exceptional service. The day of roof install, the crew arrived promptly and were able to remove old shingles and install the new ones all in the same day. CRS did an excellent job with the installation and cleaned up everything around the yard (couldn’t tell roof was just replaced). In summary, based on my experience, service quality, professionalism, and trustworthiness, CRS comes highly recommended by me.
