Built in 1914 the home at 19 Pleasant St. features character the team at PKB Homes could not ignore. Homeowner & Designer Peter Behnke noticed the property in early 2022 and fell in love. Peter is heavily invested in West Hartford real estate and continues to share his passion across town. With a vision in mind the team at PKB Homes set out to create more than just a beautiful property, but a beautiful home. No detail was spared inside or out with premium materials, fixtures and finishes throughout. Behnke hired the team at Connecticut Roofing Solutions to help bring his exterior vision to life. The project will consist of 50 Year asphalt shingles from GAF, black standing seam accents from Everlast Metals and beautiful composite cedar siding from Nucedar. Both teams are excited and passionate about the results to come and look forward to sharing the journey with our fellow neighbors in town.
