This West Hartford Homeowner noticed storm damage on his roof and called us out for a Free Inspection. Once on the roof, storm damage the client noticed was apparent and in many cases throughout the roof. The roof had other issues including nail pops, shingle degradation, and the chimney flashing was in need or replacement.
Roof Inspection Leads to Discovery of Wind Damaged Shingles
After discovery of a significant amount of shingles effected by wind damage as well as a few issues with the already leaking chimney flashing the however knew it was time to do something. At this point, the homeowner filed an insurance claim, we assisted navigating the client through this process making it as easy as possible. In the end the client had their roof replaced through insurance ultimately paying only for their deductible.
