This was an exciting job for our crew that highlights our ability to work seamlessly and efficiently on large properties while keeping things clean and organized. Our team was excited about every detail from Custom Copper Chimney Flashing to the Construction of a Copper Cupola, and working on a property with a beautiful view of the Farmington Valley area.
Removal of Cupola and Existing Asphalt Roof
This beautiful property had an older roof. There were issues throughout the roof due to both age & improper installation. The plywood under the existing Cupola was rotted because it was not sealed which created a leak point. Our Technicians also found nail pops, shingle granular loss, and missing shingles.
