The homeowner reached out to us due to a few leaks coming into the house.  When we arrived for our inspection, we noticed a number of issues with the older roof and the points of failure where water intrusions were occurring. 

Roof Inspection Leads to Discovery of Water Damaged Cedar Siding & Failing Flashing

Another issue we found upon inspection was the sidewall flashing where the roofline met the dormer.  Water was able to enter the home causing interior damage as-well as rotting the Cedar Shakes.  To solve this issue, we removed the original cedar and installed proper flashing underneath the new cedar shakes.
