This Property had a Cedar Roof that was showing its age and ready for replacement. The customer wanted to maintain the character and charm in this property restoration but didn't want the additional cost or upkeep of a cedar roof. After going over many options, the client landed on a GAF Timberline HDZ Shingle in the Weathered Wood color. This color embodies the characteristics of aged and "weathered" wooden roofing. They also opted to elevate the roof by replacing the copper valleys and chimney flashings with new copper.
